CAMERON, Ida Helen - In loving memory of Ida Helen Cameron (nee McGee), 77 years, who peacefully passed away Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009 at the SRH-Memorial Site with her loving family at her side. A longtime & well liked Dowling resident Ida was an avid gardener whose green thumb produced beautiful flowers. She enjoyed knitting, puzzles, sewing and cooking. Ida was devoted to her loving family and she was happiest when in their company. The light and love of her life will continue to guide and inspire all she knew. She will be always lovingly remembered. Beloved wife Dawson Cameron predeceased 1986. Loving mother of Gail Beaudry (husband Ronald), Ann Leclair (friend Tom Leduc), Grace Cameron (partner Leon Robitaille), Bonnie Joliat (husband Yvan), Neil Cameron, Connie Etmanski (husband Chris). Cherished grandmother of Jackie, Richard, Travis, Tyler, Cheryl, Kimberly, Leon Jr., Gary, Kayla, Chelsey, Ashley, Lindsey and Stephanie and great grandchildren Chad, Ryan, Brent, Tryton and Hallie. Dear daughter of Thomas and Marjorie (Shea) McGee predeceased. Dear sister of Arnold (wife Rita), Edna Devlin (husband Francis), both predeceased, Ada Asselin (husband Gilles). Sister-in-law of Lyall Cameron (predeceased) (wife Betty), and Hazel and John Killoran (both predeceased). Sadly missed by loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St at Hazel St., Saturday September 5th, 2009 at 10 am. Interment in the family plot at the Maplecrest Cemetery.
