CANARD Rheaume 'Ray' John

Born Nov. 27, 1931, passed away at the Elizabeth Centre on June 9, 2021 at the age of 89.

Dear son of Ida Bejigwan and Joseph Canard both predeceased. Brother to Angela McNichol (nee Canard), Kathleen Espaniel (nee Canard), Marcella Kewais (nee Canard) and Edward Canard all predeceased. Dear brother to Alice Martel (nee Canard), Joseph Canard (Josephine), David Canard and Allen (Butch) McNichol. Ray will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Ray worked as a Skidder operator at E.B. Eddy Forest from 1964 retiring in 1966. Ray would reminisce and share stories about his years of working in the bush. A heartfelt thank you to Sharon for all the years of taking such wonderful care of Ray because of your support he was able to remain in his home for as long as possible prior to moving into the Elizabeth Centre. Many thanks to the staff in home area 4 of the Elizabeth Centre.
