CHARTRAND, Marge “Magella“ (née Fournier) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Wednesday July 15, 2009 at the age of 76 years. Daughter of the late Josepha and of the late Gabrielle (née Auger) Fournier. Wife of the late Paul Chartrand predeceased October 27, 2008. Loving mother of Michel Chartrand (Lorraine) of Elliot Lake, Roger Chartrand (Suzanne) of Brampton and Louise Bisaillon (Marc) of Wahnapitae. Predeceased by her daughter Paulette. Dear sister of Berthe Gagnon (Bert) of Garson, Lorraine Pépin (Rudy) of Val Caron, Raymonde Fournier and Sylvia Gagnon (Gates) both of Sudbury, Madeleine Fournier (Claude) of Val Thérèse and Normand Fournier (Patsy) of Hanmer. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Léo Fournier (Mary of Hamilton), Jean- Charles Fournier (Thérèse of Sudbury), Hélène Fournier (late Raoul), Georgette Hall and Diane Fournier. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Daniel, Chantal, Luc, Melissa, Rob, Ryan,Tyler and her great-grandchild, MiaLee Hutchinson. Lovingly remembered by her many relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Friday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
