It is with great sorrow that we announce her passing in Sudbury on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the age of 77 years. Daughter of the late Samuel Thomas Armitage and Claudia Marie Armitage. Loving mother of Jason Stargratt and Cheryl Stargratt. Doreen was a proud grandmother. Dear sister of Betty, Rhea and late Irvin “Buck”. Sadly missed by her friends Louise Lachance, Richard Lalonde, Ruth Gibson, Jim Finlayson, Tonia Biladeau, Keisha Biladeau and many other friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 2-4 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel.
