DUNN, Andrew Stuart - July 20, 1965 ~ August 14, 2011. Andrew “Andy“ Dunn, beloved husband and soul-mate of Sanya Marie Bell, much-loved son of Elwood and Dale Dunn, dear brother of Lisa and her husband Michael Wedmann, and uncle of Luke Andrew Wedmann, passed away peacefully at home in Palm Springs, California after a courageous fifteen-year battle with malignant melanoma. Andrew will be fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, and cousins of the McLeod and Dunn families in Sudbury and Toronto, and the Bell family of Beaumont, California and Seattle, Washington. Andrew was a graduate of Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School, Sir Wilfred Laurier University, and the MBA Program at the University of California at Riverside, where he met Sanya. Andrew was a true “Renaissance Man“; an entrepreneur, internet guru, author, artist, engine master, poker player, handyman, lover of animals, and dear friend to many, both in person and online. A kind and generous man and a lover of science, Andy proudly donated his body to the University of California at Irvine. His ashes will ultimately be scattered over the Pacific Ocean. Donations to either the Northern Cancer Research Foundation or Pet Save would be appreciated by the family. A Celebration of Andy's Life for friends and family will take place at the Holiday Inn on Regent Street on Saturday, August 27th from 1PM until 4PM.
