In Loving Memory of Jeffrey “Jeff” Ferrier, 75 years

Peacefully, Friday evening August 5th, 2022, at St Gabriel’s Villa, Chelmsford.

Beloved husband and best friend of 50 years to Sharon (nee Sammon) Ferrier.  Predeceased by his parents George and Norma (nee Kilpatrick) Ferrier.  Loving brother of Joy Phillips, Dayle Gooding (Greg predeceased) and Nancy Ferrier.  Will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews; Natali (Steve Frattaroli), Kayli (Luke Hoekstra), Logan (Mike), Connor (Laura), Jessica (Dale Lowe), Jenni (Theo Spies), Jeff St. Onge and Greg St. Onge and great nieces and nephews; Sophia, Emma, Jakob, and Calvin. Dear brother-in-law of Irene Sammon and Nancy Sammon.

Jeff was born in Toronto. He came to Sudbury where he met and married the love of his life Sharon in 1972. He worked as a miner for 32 years at Falconbridge Mine retiring in 2001. He was an avid bowler and well known amongst the bowling community. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Sharon and family would like to thank the nurses and personal care workers at St Gabriel’s Villa for their kindness and outstanding care for Jeff.  God Bless you all.

 

The family will honour his request of no visitation or service.

Cremation at Park Lawn Crematorium, Sudbury.

Donations in his memory to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
