GAUTHIER, Irene Alexina - In loving memory of Irene Alexina Gauthier (nee Theriault) 90 years who passed away peacefully Wednesday September 7th, 2011 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital- Memorial Site, surrounded by her loving family. Loving mother of Claudette Guillemette (Richard “Dick“) of Ottawa, Leonard (Sharon), Donald (Lise) both of Sudbury and Gisele Gauthier (Pierre) of Magog, Quebec. Cherished grandmother of Louise (Franco), Gregory, Steven (Alia), David (Stephanie), Michelle, Don, Michael, Darryl (Kate) and Corey and great grandmother of Luke, Christian, Shauna, Danielle, Dylan, Alexander, Milana, Elisabeth, Kaitlyn, Megan, Nicholas and Liliana. Beloved wife of Alfred Gauthier predeceased in 2000 and dear daughter of the late Godfroid and Dora (nee Duchesne) Theriault. Dear sister of 8 brothers and sisters all predeceased. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Irene had many hobbies and interests which included crafts, sewing, knitting, stained glass, crocheting, woodcarving and cooking. What she cherished most was spending time with her family and friends. Special thanks to the 4th floor Staff at the Memorial Site for their excellent care and compassion given to us and our mother. Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel of the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME Saturday, September 10th 2011 at 10 a.m. Donations to the Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
