In loving memory of Mary Hickey, 66 years, who passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 at Health Sciences North with her loving sister at her side. Beloved daughter of Ed and Esther Hickey both predeceased. Loving sister of Michael predeceased, Terrence predeceased (Diane), Rev. Sister Shannon predeceased, Colleen (husband John Huskinson), David (Alin), Joseph predeceased, Erin, and Ryan predeceased. Cherished aunt of many loving nieces and nephews. Mary was a devoted member of the NISA group who were her extended family. She will be remembered as a determined person who advocated for and helped others. In lieu of flowers, donations to NISA would be appreciated. A memorial service will be held in the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent Street, Sudbury on Thursday, January 13th, 2022 at 1pm. Cremation with interment in the family plot at Whitefish Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call after Thursday 11am; face masks are mandatory.
