In loving memory of Sharon (Shari) Hickey (nee. Dumas) who saw her first sunrise on Sept. 3rd 1947 and saw her final sunset on Jan. 21st 2022. Shari lived every day of her 74 years to the fullest. Shari was born and raised in Sudbury (West End) beloved wife of William (Bill) Hickey of Espanola. Shari and Bill were married for 53 wonderful loving years and a proud mother to Russell Hickey (Kelly), Ryan Hickey, and Rena Daviau (Charles). Grandma to Matthew, Melissa, Laurentian, Reegan, Spencer, and Logan, Andrew, Natasha and Colin. Beloved daughter of JC (Severe) Dumas and Marie Gagnon and sister to Rene (Butch) (all predeceased). Shari’s hands were always busy tending gardens, doing pottery and endless construction projects, either at her home in Espanola or at the family camp on Lake Panache. Internment will be at the Lasalle Cemetery Sudbury, Ontario. As per her wishes, there will not be a visitation or services. Please donate to a charity of your choice.
