It is with profound sadness that the family of Gerald Jones announces his peaceful passing on Saturday, July 9th, 2022, at Maison McCulloch Hospice at the age of 91yrs.
He will be lovingly missed and remembered by his wife Carmelle Jones and by his children Douglas Jones (Lynda), Claude “Moun” Jones,
Claudette Jones and Marcel Jones (Angele). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Stacy Jones (Ryan Valin), Nancy Jones, Curtis Jones, Brandon Wilson, Madison Jones and also his great-grandchildren Meagan Jones (Kevin Dixon), Braedan Smith, Ava Jones, Mason & Colton Jones.
Gerald loved spending time at the cottage with his wife and family. He loved fishing, boating, and working around the cottage.
A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Parish (255 Church St, Garson, ON P3L 1S6), on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022, at 11:00am, followed by a reception in the Church Hall.
Interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery (34 Garson Coniston Rd, Garson, ON P3L 1E9).
