JONES, Mary Elizabeth - Peacefully at Grandview Lodge, Dunnville, on Monday, August 31, 2009, in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband Boyce. Loved and missed by her sons, Burton (Maureen) Jones, Larry (Marlene) Jones, Norman (Kerry) Jones, grandchildren Scott, Todd (Fazia), Darren (Patty), Carolyn, Amy (Rick) Hill, Lauren and Evan, great grandchildren Nathan, Maggie, Claudia, Savannah and Ryan. Loving remembered for her great smile by her many friends. Mary was born in Parry Sound and moved to Capreol in 1947 where she raised her family with husband Boyce (Short). Special thank you to the staff of Grandview Lodge for their support and care. Friends were received at the BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad St. E., Dunnville, on Tuesday, September 1st from 7 p.m. Memorial service followed at 8:00 p.m. Also visitation will take place at Lougheed Funeral Home, Hanmer-Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Drive at Hwy. 69, Hanmer, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Service to take place at the Trinity United Church, Capreol on Thursday, September 3rd at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Capreol Cemetery.
