KNIES, Linda - Sadly passed away with her family by her side at North Bay General Hospital on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at the age of 49. Cherished mother of Brandon and Cody Knies. Loving companion of Adam Dzambic and dear friend of Bob Secord. Lovingly remembered by her grandchild Finley. Adored by her mother Emily Everett (Donald). Predeceased by her father Erich Knies. Dear sister of Susan Favretto (Richard) and Eric Knies (Mary). Loved dearly by her step-mother Inge Hager. Sadly missed by her many step- brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. Linda will be fondly remembered by her many friends and clients as a resident of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and business owner of the Red Door Spa. She will also be missed by her dear friends in Jamaica. The family will receive relatives and friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Rd. West., Kirkland Lake, ON.) on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 23, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service in the “Teck-Hughes“ Chapel of the Monette & French Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Father Wayne Mills officiating Linda will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.
