In loving memory of Maria Kos (nee Zaborek), 93 years who passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Extendicare York, Sudbury. Beloved wife of Jan Kos predeceased 1990. Loving mother of Lucy Kos (husband Lorne Greene). Cherished grandma of Joshua Greene. Dear daughter of Paul and Victoria (Sudol) Zaborek both predeceased. Dear sister of Bronislawa, Stefanie Bar, Anna Sondej, Stanley and Josef Zaborek all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. She was a devout Roman Catholic faithfully attending St. Casimir’s Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.

Funeral Mass at St. Casimir’s Church, 210 Paris St., Sudbury on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 10am. (Friends may gather in the church after 9:45am Wednesday). Interment in the Civic Cemetery.
