It is with profound sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Berthe Lachapelle (née Boisvert) on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the age of 91, with her loving family by her side.
She leaves behind her loving husband Robert having celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary.
Loving and caring mother of Carmen (predeceased), Richard (Lise), Réjean (Suzanne), René (Danielle), Yvan (predeceased), Luc (predeceased) (Jocelyne), Gérald (Lucie), Roberte Warr (Danny).
Dear sister of Rita, Gisèle, Jules, Élianne, Yollande, Roger, Rhéal, Laurette, Micheline (all predeceased) and Noëlla. She will be missed by many, including 13 loving grandchildren, Denis, Casey, Eliane, Roxanne, Simon, Chloé, Tasia, Carissa, Tiffany, Marc, Julie, Alex, Jessi-Claire, and numerous great grandchildren. She was a proud member of “Les Filles d’Isabelle”
She took great pride in baking, cooking, canning, her garden and in previous years knitting and crafts.
Berthe and Robert enjoyed many years of camping and fishing with family and friends.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Mental Health Associations or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
