It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Emile Joseph Floribert Lafreniere on Monday, September 12, 2022, at the young age of 81. Son of the late Elie Lafreniere and the late Marie-Jeanne Kelsey (née Dionne). Spouse of Sharion Marshall. Father of Diane (Alain), Marcel Bafaro and the late John-Paul (Carrie-Lynn). Grandfather of Alexis, Kyle, Nicole, Betsy, Elissa, Kelly and Lilly-Rose. Brother of the late Henrietta Houle (late Rene), Isabelle Ranger (Roy), Shirley Gamble (Late Murray), Anna-May Cooke (Steve), Debbie Mailhot (Kevin) and Mike Kelsey (Laura Moore).
Emile was a sports enthusiast. He was a fan with the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Blue Jays, and the Raptors. He loved family gatherings with playing card games and eating great meals. He also loved fishing and camping. Emile will be sadly missed by all. Arrangements entrusted with Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services Ltd.
