LALANCETTE, Ronald Gilbert - In loving memory of Ronald Gilbert Lalancette, 57 years, who passed away Sunday September 6th, 2009 at his residence. Born in Sudbury on June 14th 1952, Ron had been a well respected and proud employee of Science North for the past 27 years. Beloved husband of Suzanne (Seguin) Lalancette. Loving father of Diane Haert (husband Jason), Pauline Hall (husband Shawn) and Paulette Lalancette. Cherished grandpa of Christopher Haert, Emily Beckett, Mathew Beckett, Benoit Lalancette and Sarah Hall. Dear son of Lucien and Anita (Asselin) Lalancette predeceased. Dear brother of Claire Bronee, Monique Chayka (husband Ray predeceased), Gates Golden (husband Allan), Lisa Pilon, Lynne Lalancette-Vrancke (husband Andrew) and Andre Lalancette (wife Sylvie). Special son- in-law to Donald and Jacqueline Seguin. Dear brother-in-law of Gates Lamontage (wife Louise predeceased) (Jacqueline), Denise Coffin (husband Doug), Gerald Seguin (wife Joan), Helen Lamontagne (husband Claude), Paul Seguin (wife Anne) and Carole Seguin predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Ron's life will be held at the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury, Wednesday September 9th, 2009 at 8 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Science North would be appreciated. Friends may call 2-4 and 6 pm Wednesday.
