LALANDE, Eloi - Peacefully passed away in Sudbury, Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Son of the late Adelard and of the late Evelina (née Lalonde) Lalande. Beloved husband of Anita Lalande (née David) of Val Caron. Loving father of Hélène Anselmo (Mario) of Sudbury, Claire Battocchio (Angelo) of Italy, Lorraine Everest (Bruce) and Estelle Lalande both of Ottawa. Dear brother of Hedwidge Lacasse (Paul-Émile), Jean-Charles Lalande and Jean-Claude Lalande (Jeannette). Predeceased by his sisters and brothers, Antoinette Lalande, Laurenza Murphy (late “Bud” Herbert), Gonzague (late Rita), Hubert, Bernard and Marie Laure Lalande. Sadly missed by his grandchildren David, Lianne, Jordan, Matthew, Lucia, Kelly, Kevin and his great- grandchildren Elia and Sandy. Lovingly remembered by many relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends Monday January 11, 2010 after 10:30 a.m., in Ste-Marguerite d'Youville Church, Val Thérèse. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
