It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing in Sudbury on Friday, October 8, 2021 at the age of 96 years. Daughter of the late Raoul and late Régina (née Roy) Taylor. Beloved wife of Omer Lalonde. Loving mother of Léonne Bock (Richard), Diane Thornton (Brian), Roger (Nicole) and Suzanne Côté (Michel). Dear sister of Agnès Lamothe (Aurèle). Predeceased by her son Régis and her brother Victor Taylor. Cherished grandmother of Marc, Luc, Stéphan, Yvan, Sylvie, Éric, Martin, Alain, Juline and great-grandmother of 15. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Régine, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother was a jovial woman who loved to knit, play the accordion and especially sing. For over twenty years she volunteered at the Pioneer Manor. She was also part of the funeral choir at St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church. But above all, she loved her husband Omer and her children. Phone calls always ended with: "I love you very much". A private funeral service was held. Donations can be made by cheque or online to the Arthritis Society.

Épouse bien-aimée d'Omer Lalonde. Mère bien-aimée de Léonne Bock (Richard), Diane Thornton (Brian), Roger (Nicole) et Suzanne Côté (Michel). Chère soeur d'Agnès Lamothe (Aurèle). Prédécédée par son fils Régis et son frère Victor Taylor. Chère grand-mère de Marc, Luc, Stéphan, Yvan, Sylvie, Éric, Martin, Alain, Juline et arrière-grand-mère de 15. Elle laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs nièces, neveux, parents et amis. Régine, Maman, Grand-maman, arrière grand-maman était une femme joviale qui aimait tricoter, jouer de l'accordéon et surtout chanter. Pendant plus de vingt ans elle a fait du bénévolat au Manoir de Pionniers. Elle faisait aussi partie de la chorale des funérailles en l'église St-Jean-de-Brébeuf. Mais avant tout elle aimait son époux Omer et ses enfants. Les appels téléphoniques finissaient toujours avec: "Je vous aime beaucoup". Un service funéraire privé a eu lieu.
