LALONDE, Walter Harvey - In loving memory of Walter Harvey Lalonde, 76 years, who passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer, Friday June 19th, 2009 at the Maison Vale Inco Hospice. Walter was a dedicated management trainer whose wit and wisdom inspired and enlightened many. He was a wonderful story teller who generously shared his good humour which often was communicated as 'groaners' especially with the grandchildren. Walter was devoted to his loving family and he will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Beloved husband of Kathleen (Butler) Lalonde. Loving father of Kirsty (husband John Dales, Jenny, Debby (husband Jim Moreau) and David (wife Michelle). Cherished grandfather of Sarah (Stephen), Megan (Mitch), Adam Lindsay (Scott), Sam, Dominique and great grandchildren Nicholas, Emily and Daniel. Dear son of Aime and Josephine (Gervais) Lalonde predeceased. Dear brother of Jack (wife Marion), Robert, and Lloyd (wife Barb) and predeceased by Lionel and Helen. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. At Walter's request there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation.
