Wednesday, September 9th, 2020 at Mackenzie Health Center in Richmond Hill.
Beloved wife of Kuen Po Lam (predeceased). Loving mother of David (Antonella), Phyllis (Gerry), Laura (Keith), Linda (Albert), Garrick, Andrew, Richard, Joanna (Peter), Kirby (Jennifer), and Kevin (Sue). Cherished grandmother of Derrick, Julie, Melanie, Danielle, Gwendolyn, Samantha, Darryl, Darren, Jessica, Michael, Maxwell, Jacob, Nicholas, Kole, Kenna, and Kian. Born in China, Yuet and Ken immigrated to Canada in 1971. She was a stay at home mom who helped out at the family restaurant when she could. She was devoted and dedicated to her family. Special thanks to the dialysis unit at Mackenzie Health Centre, the staff at Union Villa and to Celia Wu who was her personal support worker. At the family’s request there will be no visitation or service due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There will be a private family Interment in the Civic Memorial Cemetery at a later date. Donations to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
