Landry, Yvon

It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury, Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the age of 73 years. Beloved son of the late Nelson Landry (1986) and late Gabrielle (née Denis) Landry (2019). Cherished friend of Irma RoBar. Dear brother of Gisèle Robichaud (Normand), Suzanne Landry, Henriette Pelletier (Gilles), Richard Landry, Raymond Landry, and Carole Landry-Alteen (Douglas). Beloved uncle of Ivan Robichaud, Gilles Robichaud, Amelie Pach, Isabelle Pelletier, Louis Alteen, and Julia Alteen. Beloved great uncle of Jaxson Robichaud, Philippe, Julianne and Gabrielle Pach. Sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Yvon was a proud Ironworker. He owned his own business of agricultural equipment and spent many hours working on the family farm. An avid sportsman, he enjoyed the great outdoors, fishing, hunting, quading, snowmobiling and even motorcycling. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, May 8, 2020 at St-Jacques Church, Hanmer. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Hanmer.
