Son of the late Joseph and the late Ida (née Lavoie) Lapensée. Loving father of François Lapensée (Shannon), Robert Lapensée (Marie-Anne), Nathalie Lapensée and Chantal Lapensée. Dear brother of Colette Watts (Ronald) of Ottawa. Predeceased by his siblings Roger “Babe" Lapensée (late Rosalie) and Mignonne Bertrand (late Paul). Cherished grandfather of Josée Laurence, Angelica Lapensée, Nicholas Lapensée, Jacob Lapensée, Cassandra Lapensée, Nicholas Harvey (Taylor), Morgan Harvey, Addyson Harvey and Zach Harvey(Kaitlin and kids Karleigh & Kalvin).
