In loving memory of Joseph “Jack” LeBlanc who passed away on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020 at Health Sciences North at the age of 82.  Beloved husband of Lorraine (Corneau) LeBlanc predeceased 2011 and deeply missed by his “princess” Claudette McNeil. Loving father of Michelle Fraser (George) of Val Caron, Francine Charette (Claude) of Mattawa and Lise predeceased 1961. Cherished grandfather of Danielle and Caitlyn, and great grandfather of Honor Lorraine and Theo. Dear brother of Gerald (Charlene) of Peterborough, Jacqueline Zohar (Henry) of Sudbury, and Jeannette Gallant of Sudbury. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Dora LeBlanc and siblings Ronald, Gerald, Frank, Roger, Laurence, Leo, Maurice, Gabrielle, and Denise. Jack was born in Kirkland Lake. He was an accomplished guitar player, one never to leave home without his guitar pick. He was proud when he had the pleasure of meeting his idol Chet Atkins. He taught electronics for Cambrian College for 20yrs and loved football, baseball, and hockey. A memorial service will be held in the R. J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury on Friday, September 25th, 2020 at 2pm. Friends may gather after 1:30pm. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to a charity of choice is appreciated. Due to COVID-19 directives, a maximum of 80 people will be allowed in the chapel. Masks are mandatory.
