It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing September 19, 2022 at the age of 86 years. Husband of the late Lucille (née Grandmaison) Lefebvre. Son of the late Lionel and late Alice (née Morais) Lefebvre. Devoted father of Sylvie Chiasson and Sylvie Bergeron. Predeceased by his siblings Carmen Descôtaux, Louise Leduc, Yvon Lefebvre, André Lefebvre, Georges Lefebvre and Paul Lefebvre. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan Chiasson, Timothy Chiasson, Jackie Doucet and Kim Doucet. Equally missed by all his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was an amazing, loving, caregiving father and grandfather. He lived a long full life. It began in the army and then he moved to Ontario to begin his own television/repair business where he met the love of his life. He was a devoted employee to the North Mine for 30 years, all the while he worked multiple side-jobs. After the passing of his wife, he became a priest in Cache Bay, Crystal Falls, Verner and Field. As per the family’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Donations by cheque or online to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca

Fils de feu Lionel et feue Alice (née Morais) Lefebvre. Père dévoué de Sylvie Chiasson et Sylvie Bergeron. Prédécédé par ses frères et soeurs Carmen Descôtaux, Louise Leduc, Yvon Lefebvre, André Lefebvre, Georges Lefebvre et Paul Lefebvre. Très cher grand-père de Jonathan Chiasson, Timothy Chiasson, Jackie Doucet et Kim Doucet. Également regretté par ses nièces, neveux, famille et amis. Il était un père et un grand-père incroyable, aimant et attentionné. Il a vécu une
longue vie bien remplie. Tout a commencé dans l'armée, puis il a déménagé en Ontario pour démarrer sa propre entreprise de réparation de téléviseurs où il a rencontré l'amour de sa vie. Il a été un employé dévoué de la Mine du Nord pendant 30 ans, tout en occupant plusieurs emplois en suplus. À la suite du décès de son épouse, il est devenu prêtre pour les paroisses de Cache Bay, Crystal Falls, Verner et Field. Selon les souhaits de la famille, il n’y aura visite ou service.
