Loving sister of Richard Lively (Ruby), Duane Lively predeceased (Monique), and Wayne Lively. Special aunt to Jacob Lively. Dear sister in law of Christine Kohut (Rob) and Lorraine Smith. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. At Denise’s request there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
