It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021 at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Jean Charles and Lydéanne (née Robichaud). Predeceased by her husbands Joseph Bérichon, Gérald Loyer. Loving mother of Lorraine “Lorie” Lachance-Ellis (Rob), Pierrette Junkala (Jerry), Marc Loyer (late Diane)(Sherry), Roxanne Coutu (Luc) and Chantal Severin (Pat). Predeceased by her daughter Pauline Loyer. Dear sister of Rolande Robitaille (Leonard), Madeleine Sr. Charles f.d.l.s., Angèle Hudon (late Marius), Emile Charles (Paulette) and Jean-Paul Charles (Sandra). Predeceased by her siblings, Jeanne Clement (late Amédé), Cécile Dumont (late Jean-Claude), Thérèse Richer (Jules), Philomène Théoret (late Roger), Bernadette Froncisz (late Eddie), Marcel Charles (late Odette) and Ernest Charles (Germaine). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Marc Jr., late Sherry-Lynn, Timmy, Stephanie, Kevin, David, Douglas, Robin, Alexander, Aliaynna, Natasha, Stephan, Megan, Joshua and by her great-grandchildren Nicholas, Christophe, Darius, Xiyler, Emily, Emma, Leiah, Haley, Araya, Avalynia, Paxton, Logan and William. Yvonne worked for many years for the Public School Board. She will be remembered for her warm heart and generosity. Yvonne was an amazing cook and seamstress who made beautiful dresses. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. The family will receive for scheduled visitation on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at the Cooperative Funeral Home. A service will be available by livestream (see website) in the Chapel on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11 a.m. Due to the COVID-19 directives, there will be a limit of 25 people in our visitation room. Facemasks are mandatory. Donations can be made by cheque or online to the Alzheimer Society.
