McLAUGHLIN, Joseph - The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Monday January 4, 2010 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of 35 years to Doralice Carroll of Sudbury. Loving father of Zoel McLaughlin (Glenda) of Azilda, Liz Dempsey (Dave) of Chelmsford, Bob McLaughlin (special friend Irene), Leonard McLaughlin and Kim McLaughlin all of Sudbury and David McLaughlin of Red Deer, Alberta and step-father of Lillian Rivet and Jo-Anne Lafond both of Hanmer, Pauline Dufresne (Marcel) and Marcel Vaillancourt (Collette) both of Sudbury, Gérald Vaillancourt (Lorraine) of Val Caron, John Vaillancourt (Claire) of Niagara Falls and Lina LaCroix (Tom) of Val Thérèse. Dear brother of Paul McLaughlin (Lucienne) of Newcastle, N.B. Predeceased by his brother Emile (Marianne of Newcastle, N.B.). Sadly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, January 8, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.
