In loving memory of Norman Donald Peter Moro, who passed away at home on October 16th, 2021 at the age of 78 after a courageous year-long battle with cancer.
Loving husband to Viviane (Laneville) for 55 years. Devoted father of Ann (Dan Newburn) of Lively and David of Sudbury. Dear son of Aurelio and Francis (Shore) both predeceased. Norm also leaves behind his brothers Ernest (Linda), Leo (Patricia), and sister Eleanor (Yuris Grasis, predeceased). Norm will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada and Italy.
After 30 years of service, Norm retired from CP Rail. In retirement, Norm had more time to devote to gardening and his golf game. No weeds or leaves were safe on his lawn and garden, and no golf course too tough!
Memorial Visitation at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent Street at Hazel Street, Sudbury. On Friday, October 22nd, 2021, family and friends may call 2-4pm and 6-8pm; face masks are mandatory. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Maison McCulloch Hospice or the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
