OBONSAWIN, Thérèse (née Huneault) - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Thérèse Obonsawin, Monday July 27, 2009, in Sudbury at the age of 80 years. Daughter of Ovila and Diane Huneault (née Fournier). Beloved wife of the late Lomer Obonsawin predeceased in 2008. Loving mother of Donald Obonsawin (Carole) of Unionville, Marc Obonsawin (Kate Davidson) of Glasgow Scotland and Rachel Obonsawin (Andrew Marlow) of Toronto. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers Claire Blais (Roland of Ottawa) Jacqueline Bélanger, Jeanne Robert, Paul Huneault (Marie-Anne of Warren), Raymond Huneault, Réné Huneault, Philippe Huneault, Rev. Father André Huneault. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Annick- France and Camille Andrée. Thérèse had a very active and healthy lifestyle. She dearly missed her late husband Lomer. She enjoyed family outings and holidays, especially travels to Toronto and Scotland to visit the children and grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., E (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Sunday August 2, 2009, from 7:00-9:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, August 3, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, Sudbury.
