PAQUETTE, Guy - The family announces with great sadness his sudden death in Sudbury, Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at the age of 54 years. Son of the late Léo Joseph and Fernande (née St-Denis) Paquette. Loving partner of Kathleen Brisson. Survived by his beloved son Stuart of Sudbury, his granddaughter Madison and his step-children Christopher and Kristen Scott. Dear brother of Michelle Paquette, Marc Paquette (Karen), Pierre Paquette (Annette) and Natalie Frappier (Shawn) all of Sudbury. Predeceased by his twin brother Claude. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, especially his best friend Tim Bryant. Born and raised in Sudbury, Guy, along with his father Léo, was one of the founding members of “Bull Powertrain”. Guy was a very generous and kind person of good nature who will be remembered for having had a deep love for his family and friends throughout his life. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO- OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury Tuesday, September 8, 2009 from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 8:30 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
