It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing on March 9th, 2021 at the age of 71 years. Son of the late George and late Idola (née Brunet) Pepin. Beloved husband of 50 years to Wanda (née Dajczak) Pepin. Loving father of James Pepin (Jennifer Elvidge), Jeffrey Pepin (Brandy Sherriff) and Jason Pepin (Stephanie Elvidge). Cherished grandfather of Sophie Joan Elvidge-Pepin. Survived by his siblings Florence, Rudy, Viola and Marie. Predeceased by his siblings Cecile, Theresa, Arthur, Germaine, Lucy, Gabrielle, Maurice and George. His family meant the world to him. Lionel, affectionately known by all as Ponch was one of the kindest and most helpful people in this world. Always helping someone and loved by all he met. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. In keeping with Lionel’s wishes there will be no visitation or service.
