Heaven gained a beautiful Angel on Saturday, December 18, 2021. Suzanne Perreault-Nichol made her journey in her 68th year to join her parents Leonard (predeceased 2009) & Denise Perreault (predeceased 2020) and her daughter Marlyne (predeceased 2019). Suzanne grew up in Chelmsford, lived in Hanmer /Sudbury for many years before moving to Huntsville to enjoy her retirement years. Suzanne had a huge heart and welcomed everyone with open arms. She loved to cook, travel and shop but most of all she loved spending time with her family and always looked forward to the Holidays.
She will be greatly missed by her partner in crime, soulmate & caregiver Duncan Nichol. She was mother to Sylvain Cote (Nichole), Melanie Cote (John), Marlyne Cote (predeceased) Patrick Claude, Craig Nichol (Noreen) and Dan Nichol (Karen). Grandkids Darcy, Kelsey, Maxine, Robert, Caleb, Alexanne, Aimelie, Jeremi, Thomas and Samuel. Great Grandmother to Emma, Jayce, Violetta and Nova and godmother to Chantal Doucet. Suzanne is also survived by her sister Lucille Doucet (Norm) who was her best friend and an invaluable supporter, and her sisters Pauline Cote, Colombe Perreault, Nicole Leblond and brothers Gilles Perreault (predeceased) and Norm Perreault.
We wish to thank the staff at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion during Suzanne’s stay and special thanks to Dr. Bozek office for always making Suzanne visits comfortable.
A celebration of life will be held this summer in Huntsville Ontario. If desired donations in her memory can be made to the Northern Cancer Foundation or Huntsville Hospital Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Muskoka Cremation and Burial Services.
