PETRAS, Herbert John “Herb“ Sr. - In loving memory of Herbert John “Herb“ Petras Sr., 81 years, who passed away Saturday, July 25th, 2009 at his home. Beloved husband of Aurelia (Deliner) Petras of Sudbury. Loving father of Herb (wife Lori) and Wilfred (wife Linda) both of Sudbury, Ingrid (husband Charlie St. Amour) of North Bay, predeceased by Norman. Cherished grandfather of Darren, Mark, Raymond, Rob, Gord, Norm, Steven, Alex and the great grandchildren. Dear son of Johann and Magdalena Petras both predeceased. Dear brother of Frieda Stockhaus of Sudbury, predeceased by Herta. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Born in Austria, Herb was the manager of the meat department at Loblaws for 27 years, retiring in 1982. He enjoyed spending time at his cottage and he loved all of his family.
