PHILIPPE, Steven - In loving memory of Steven Philippe, 16 years, who passed away suddenly in Hanmer on Sunday June 21, 2009. Beloved son of Daniel and Jocelyne (nee Larocque) Philippe of Hanmer. Loving brother of Danny (Angie McFarling) and Melissa both of Hanmer. Cherished uncle of Ethan. Dear grandson of Gerard and Jacqueline Philippe both predeceased and Alphonse and Marie Rose Larocque of Ste Cecile de Masham, Quebec. Dear nephew of Jocelyne Mafatau, Joanne Brazeau, Chantal Caron, Alain Philippe, Gaetan Philippe, Rachelle Martineau, Sylvie Dagenais, Denis Larocque and Gaetan “Bill“ Larocque. Sadly missed by many cousins, relatives and friends. Steven loved to golf and play hockey. In Valley East he played with the Desjardins and Brankor Teams. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, Hanmer/Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Dr. (at Hwy 69N), Hanmer. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Jacques Church, Hanmer on Friday June 26, 2009 at 11am. Cremation at Parklawn Crematorium. Memorial donations to the Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. (Friends may call on Thursday from 5 to 9 pm).
