In loving memory of Alfredo Bruno “Fred” Pierobon, 76 years who passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Lisa (nee White) Pierobon. Loving father of Shaun (Cari-Ann), Kevin (Sylvie) and Derek (Megan). Cherished Nonno of Jaidyn and Kaila. Dear son of Giuseppe and Lucia (Zorzi) Pierobon both predeceased. Loving brother of Giannino predeceased (wife Primisa), Angelo predeceased (wife Bruna), Elio (wife Josephine predeceased), Maria (husband Elio Troietto predeceased), Evelino predeceased (wife Carmela), Romano predeceased (wife Maruccia), Carla (husband Tarcisio Stradiotto), Teresa (husband Johnny Ongaro predeceased) and Angelina predeceased. Dear brother-in-law of Monty (Pat) and Ray (Cathy). Sadly missed by many loving nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Alfredo came to Canada with his family in 1958 from San Martino di Lupari Padova, Italy filled with hope and dreams of a new beginning. He started his career as a butcher at Gatchell Meats. He was part owner of Northland Groceries with his brother-in-law Johnny. Their Italian sausages and porketta were well known in the community and beyond. Alfredo was outgoing and friendly. He savoured the first tomato from his garden and he was happiest when making his sausages, salami and porketta. There was nothing he liked better then sharing a glass of wine with his friends and family. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour. He was a good man. He will be missed beyond words. “Tia amo Alfredo” – True Love Lives Forever.
