Elizabeth passed peacefully with her loving mother at her side on Thursday, June 23, 2022, in her 54th year. She is remembered as a kind, generous and beautiful soul by all who knew her.

 Loving wife of James “Jim” Pilon and mother of Felix (Gregory Jarvis). Elizabeth is survived by her parents Dan and Annette Nichols and siblings Anne Goodine (Dale), Peter (Liliane Parent), John (Carolyn), Tree Carr (Adam), Catherine Tiesteel (Richard), James (Lindsay Schmidt-Nichols) and Clyde (Chii). Loving sister- in- law to Debra Huron (Daniel Buckles), Joanne Pilon, Laura Heagy (Clayton) and Nancy Pilon (Heather Topps). Beloved daughter-in-law to Joe and Lucy Pilon (predeceased).

Elizabeth was a popular and long-time server at the Holiday Inn

Sudbury and will be missed by her extended work family. In her off hours she loved to spend her time with family and friends boating on Long Lake and in recent years, she fell in love with fishing. 

In keeping with the wishes of the family, a Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, from 3pm-6pm in the solarium at the Holiday Inn (1686 Regent St. Sudbury).

The Pilon family wish to thank Dr. Bonilla and her staff as well as Dr. R. Singh and all staff at the Northern Cancer Foundation for their loving care and compassion for Elizabeth and Jim. Also, a deep heart felt thank you for the kindness, generosity and compassion of the folks at Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services.
