C’est avec tristesse que la famille Pilon annonce le décès de Jean Pilon à Sudbury, le lundi 27 décembre 2021, à l’âge de 95 ans. Fils de feu Raoul et de feu Anna (née Martin) Pilon. Précédé par son épouse Gracia (née Duval). Père aimant de feu Richard (Danielle), Denise Prévost (Guy), Normand (Michelle) et Hubert (Sharon). Ces treize (13) petits enfants, Daniel, Richard Jr., Priscilla, Darcy, Michel, Sylvie, Marc, feu Justin, Eric, Alain, Julie, Amanda et Kurtis, lui ont manqué. Ses treize (13) arrière-petits-enfants, Max, Isabelle, Martin, Philippe, Dominique, Mackenzie, Zachary, Pascale, Hugo, Valérie, Benjamin, Samuel et Astérix, et cinq (5) arrière-arrière-petits-enfants, Paisley, Elijah, Benjamin, Jackson et Aurora, se souviennent de lui avec amour. Précédé par ses frères et sœurs Vital, Gérard, Émile, Conrad, Thérèse, Marie et Damas.
La famille tient à remercier le personnel de Red Oak Villa Retirement Home pour leurs excellents soins, ainsi que le personnel de la Maison McCulloch Hospice pour leur compassion. Une messe funèbre privée sera célébrée à une date ultérieure. Services confiés à Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury. Un don à la « Maison McCullogh Hospice » serait apprécié.
The family announces with sorrow the death of Jean Pilon, in Sudbury on Monday, December 27, 2021, at the age of 95 years. Son of the late Raoul and the late Anna (née Martin) Pilon. Predeceased by his wife Gracia (née Duval). Loving father of (predeceased) Richard (Danielle), Denise Prévost (Guy), Normand (Michelle) and Hubert (Sharon). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Daniel, Richard Jr., Priscilla, Darcy, Michel, Sylvie, Marc, (predeceased) Justin, Eric, Alain, Julie, Amanda, and Kurtis. Lovingly remembered by his great-grandchildren Max, Isabelle, Martin, Philippe, Dominique, MacKenzie, Zachary, Pascale, Hugo, Valérie, Benjamin, Samuel and Astérix, and by great-great-grandchildren Paisley, Elijah, Benjamin, Jackson, and Aurora. Predeceased by his siblings Vital, Gérard, Émile, Conrad, Thérèse, Marie, and Damas.
The family would like to thank the staff at Red Oak Villa Retirement Home for their excellent care as well as the staff at Maison McCulloch Hospice for their compassion. A private funeral mass will be celebrated at a later date. Services entrusted to Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury. Donation to “Maison McCullogh Hospice” would be appreciated.
