In loving memory of Gisele Plummer (nee Morin), 82 years. Passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, May 16th, 2024. Loving mother of Coranne and Pamela Plummer. Special Memo of Olivia Plummer and Alexander “Ari” Plummer-Cambridge. Gisele was born March 9, 1942 in Val Brillant, Quebec to Francois & Hedwidge Morin, both predeceased. She will be missed by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

She lived life to the fullest. Gisele was a dedicated nurse from 1961 to 1999. She started her career at Lady Minto Hospital in Chapleau, worked many years in Sudbury, then moved to Lahr, Germany and took on the position as a home care coordinator. She finished her career here in Sudbury at the VON. Gisele had a passion for flowers, gardening, crafts, animals, travel, curling and golf.

A special thank you to Mary Scott who treated Gisele like family and made her last few months so joyful. Also, thanks to the many nurses and physicians who cared for Gisele during her courageous battle with cancer.

A memorial service will be held in the R. J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at 2pm. Cremation with burial in the Park Lawn Cemetery. Donations to a charity of your choice is appreciated, but remember, Gisele loved her flowers.
