RANCOURT, Juliette

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Juliette, at the age of 88, on September 10, 2022, at Pioneer Manor. She is survived by her devoted husband Victor Rancourt of 68 years. Loving mother of Lucie (Vital), Bernard (Chantal), Michel (Denise) all of Sudbury and Denis (Katia) of France. Dear sister of Alice, Adrienne, Cécile, Antonio, Adrien, Alexandre, Gracia, Irene, and Philippe – all predeceased. Cherished grandmother of Elyse (Michel) of Sudbury, Alexandre (Janie) of Markstay, Danielle (Shane) of Grand Forks ND, and Florian, Lindsay, and Nicolas of France. Great-grandmother to her precious grandchildren, Carter, Phoenix, and Midas. Also, a great-grandmother to her fur babies, Cooper, Chewy, Asher, Ivy and Frimousse. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. On September 21, 2022, the family will receive family and friends at 10 a.m. at St-Jean-de- Brébeuf Church. A funeral mass will follow at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers those wishing to pay respects please consider donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Alzheimer’s Society, Sudbury – Manitoulin North Bay & Districts or the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer (NOFCC).
