RANGER, Armand “Tom” - The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at the age of 59 years. Son of the late Arthur and of the late Simone (née Lafontaine) Ranger. Lovingly remembered by his former spouse Carole Ranger (née Gauthier) of Scarborough. Beloved father of Nicole Ranger of Brampton, Lana Ranger (Charles Bottrell) of Capreol and Theresa Ranger of Hanmer. Dear brother of Aline Blais (Georges) of Hanmer, Émile Ranger (Ginette) of Wahnapitae and Daniel Ranger (Carole) of Val Caron. Predeceased by his brother Alfred Ranger (Donna Schilling of Capreol). Cherished pepère of Jessica, Tyler, Kyle, Nicholas, Billie, Alexis and Christian. Sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Armand was a devoted father and grandfather. He was a kind man, always making people smile and will be remembered for his infectious laugh and comedic personality. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570, St-Joseph Street, Hanmer, Friday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in St-Jacques Church, Hanmer. Ses petits-enfants, Jessica, Tyler, Kyle, Nicholas, Billie, Alexis et Christian se souviendront de lui avec amour. Également regretté par plusieurs parents et amis. Armand était un père et un grand-père exceptionnel et sa famille était le comble de son bonheur. On se souviendra de lui ayant été un homme généreux, gentil, d'un rire contagieux et d'une personnalité très plaisante. La famille recevra parents et amis à la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE, 4570, rue St-Joseph Street, Hanmer, vendredi de 14 h 00 à 17 h 00 et de 19 h 00 à 21 h 30. La messe funéraire sera célébrée le samedi 19 septembre 2009 à 11 h 00 à la paroisse St-Jacques, Hanmer.
