It is with great sadness that the family of Michelle (nee Nowaczyk) Seminchuk. "Much loved wife" to her husband Ken Seminchuk for 39 years, announces her passing away on Jan 30, 2021 at the age of 57 at Health Science North. Michelle was born July 20, 1963 in Rogers City, Michigan to Thomas Nowaczyk and Kathleen Nowaczyk (nee Banks).
Michelle will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, generosity, sense of humor along with her ability to listen to others with kindness. She was very creative in decorating her home and cooking and had a special bond with her pets.
Along with her husband Ken, Michelle ran an Adult Foster Care home in Michigan for several years, helping those who were physically and mentally challenged. After moving back to Canada (Greater Sudbury area) 11 years ago Michelle struggled a lot with continuous health issues. Her husband Ken saw her bravely fight the loss of her sight, difficult surgeries and the extreme pain advanced diabetes dealt her, but through it all Michelle would often make the nurses and staff smile.
Michelle always had a strong faith in God and his son Jesus and she looked forward to the promise of the resurrection of life here on earth (John 5:28,29) and to when there will be no more tears, no more death nor mourning, nor  outcry nor pain anymore (Revelation 21: 3,4)
Michelle was predeceased by her father Thomas Nowaczyk, her brother Darren Nowaczyk and is survived by her mother Kathleen Nowaczyk, her sister Desiree Nowaczyk all of Alpena Michigan.
The family wishes to express their deep appreciation to the incredible surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff at the Health Science North Hospital who treated her with respect, dignity and showed true compassion often under very difficult circumstances.
Michelle did not wish to have a wake nor a funeral.
