He worked for 35 years as the business administrator for the Sudbury Roman Catholic Separate School Board, retiring in 1989. To this day he is still remembered and respected for his dedication, his work ethic and his organizational skills. Although he never married or had children of his own, he found great joy in his extended family. He will always be fondly remembered for the 30th birthday parties he would throw for each of his nieces and nephews. During his long days in the Hospice, looking at videos and pictures of his great-great nieces and nephews were one of the few things that always brought a smile to his face.
