TANGUAY, Fernand

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Fernand Tanguay announce his passing on July 23, 2021, at the age of 83. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kathleen Tanguay, daughters Donna (Wayne) and Linda (Bishop) and son Dennis (Anne-Marie). He will be missed by his grandchildren Alicia, Jessica, Bishop, Laura (predeceased), Mitchell, Erika, Jordan and great grandchildren Addison, Sara and Bishop. 

Son of the late Alphonse Tanguay and the late Délia Poulin. He is one of 9 siblings, Denis, Ange-Irène, Aline and predeceased by Adrien, Adrienne, Jean-Paul, Rose-Hélène and Origène.

Fern passed away peacefully in his sleep after a short but difficult battle with cancer. As per his wishes, there will be no service.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Maison McCulloch Hospice in Greater Sudbury for their compassionate care provided in his last few days. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
