The family announces with deep sorrow the passing of Anita (Bevilacqua) Thompson on January 18th, 2022 at Health Sciences North. Dear daughter of the late Guiseppa and Pasquale from Pisterzo, Italy. Loving wife of the late David “Dave” Thompson (Sr). Loving mother of David (Patti Fitzgerald), Christina and Patrick (predeceased). Cherished Nonni of Hannah. Dear sister of the late Ezio and his wife Marlene, Mike (predeceased) and his wife Barbara, Tony and his wife Janis (predeceased). Dear sister-in-law of Sheila (Thompson) Romaine (Sylvestre, predeceased), Betty (Thompson) Roberts (John, predeceased) and of the late Albert (Lola). Zia Anita will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Anita was a loving soul with an infectious laugh who took great pride in carrying on her family traditions including her signature pasta sauce. A Capreol girl, born and raised with a great love for her little town. She was a devoted mother and Nonni who will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and her beloved Bentley.
