WALTERS, Cecil T. - Peacefully at Sunnybrook Veterans Hospital, the family of Cecil T. Walters wishes to celebrate the joining of Cec with his son Andrew on Friday July 31, 2009. Celebrating this joyful reunion is his loving wife of 65years, Jean and his 5 daughters, Joanne, Linda, Karen, Sandra and Barbara. He will be sadly missed by all his 14 Grandchildren.
