A 2006 Ford pickup truck ended up in the ditch on Falconbridge Highway on Jan. 23 at about 6 p.m. Witnesses told police they suspected the driver was impaired.

Once officers talked to the driver, they made a demand for a breath sample, which the driver failed.

He was taken to police headquarters for further breath tests.

His driver's licence has been suspended for 90 days.
