Another Sudbury driver caught doing more than 50 km/h over speed limit

Driver was going over 110 km/h in a 60 zone

Sudbury OPP charged a 21-year-old man on Jan. 6 after he was caught speeding in a 60 km/h zone.

On Jan. 6 at around 5:40 p.m., OPP Traffic Incident Management Efficiency (TIME) team members observed a vehicle travelling more than 50 km/h over the speed limit.

As a result of the investigation, a 21-year-old Sudbury man was charged with race a motor vehicle - stunt driving.

The driver is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on Feb. 25.

The vehicle he was operating was impounded for seven days and his driver's licence was suspended for seven days.
