A 41-year-old Sudbury woman has been arrested and charged in connection with a months-old building fire in Gordon Township.
Shannon Desjardins was arrested by the OPP's Manitoulin-Espanola Detachment, in conjunction with OPP Sudbury's Crime Unit, and charged with one count of arson.
The incident occurred in early November 2017.
The Gore Bay Fire Department battled the fire, which was allegedly set by Desjardins at a home in Highway 542.
The investigation concluded on March 7 when Desjardins was arrested and charged.
She is scheduled to appear in court early next month.
