Bancroft Drive is closed at St. Denis Street due to a motor vehicle collision, Greater Sudbury Police said in a tweet at 7:52 p.m. Thursday evening.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
This is just the latest collision to occur this evening, with a layer of new snow covering roads. Earlier in the evening, Long Lake Road was closed due to a collision, and traffic was slowed on Lasalle Boulevard between Notre Dame Avenue and Frood Road, also due to a collision. Both roadways are now fully reopened to traffic.
