Greater Sudbury Police have confirmed that the body of a 48-year-old man was found following a house fire on Potvin Crescent this morning.
Police say the man was the lone occupant of the home. An investigator from the Office of the Fire Marshall is attending the scene.
The coroner is investigating the man's cause of death.
Police and firefighters remain at the scene.
